On a day that is supposed to be filled with memories of tragedy and the World Trade Center crashing down, I would like to salute the San Diego Chargers and the NFL for their patriotism as they kicked off the 2011 run to Indy. In San Diego California an eagle was released after the National Anthem. You may have broken our hearts that day 10 years ago, Al Qaeda, but today, America returns with patriotism stronger than ever. Tibia was a very moving tribute that had tears in this reporter’s eye as he listened to Paul Allen describe the scene as a very moving opening day between the Vikings and San Diego.
