Daytona Beach, Florida. Whether you love or dislike the 48, one thing is for sure. The HMS group, led by the El Cajon California native, is threatening to walk away with another title for Mr. H. Meanwhile, last year’s rising star is finding out what it’s like to have a target on your back. Keselowski is still winless on the season, and in very real danger of not getting a chance of contending for his defense of last year’s title. He has no one to blame for that but his own crew chief, Paul Wolfe. Paul is learning a very bad habit, playing I dare NASCAR to come find me. And he knows darned well that’s not how a defending champion’s crew chief should act. As for the usual suspects, they continue to distance themselves from Paul and Brad by getting top 10’s, and they are now tied with Jason Ratcliffe and Matt Kenseth for four wins apiece. But something tells me, NASCAR fans, don’t underestimate the heart of the 28 year old Rochester Hills Michigan native, BK, Brad Keselowski. Jimmie is just being the usual irritant that he always is. When it gets closer to the Chase, unfortunately Bead Keselowski fans, your time on top is dwindling. If Paul wouldn’t have done what he did, maybe the Rochester Hills Michigan nativel would have gotten himself in a better position. Instead, he is looking up at the same old song and dance. Let’s give the guy credit. The El Cajon native, Jimmie Johnson, is eyeing title number 6. Whether the number 2 team can save its season is still yet to be answered.
