Houston, Texas. After blasting off to a 10-2 start, and after building another 19 point lead, and also after getting number 55 off to a good start, the Pacers once again had trouble holding on to a lead, just like with Atlanta. Their shots were not falling, and they were turning the ball over. How many times do we have to see this before the Pacers learn their lesson? Chicago and Miami will kill you if you keep turning the ball over. At least the good news about the Pacers is their inability to hang on to the ball was against Houston. But the Pacers need to knock it off quickly, or else the blue and gold will find themselves sitting on the couch. In the first round of the playoffs, I guarantee you that if it was a seven game series and they had trouble with ball handling, Chicago, Miami, and New York would be all over them. It’s very fun to listen to Austin and Mark do a game. Too bad we don’t have Bobby Leonard on the road! When you turn on Austin and Mark you get to look through a former player’s eyes. I miss watching Austin and Mr. Miller play. Austin is one of the best analysts, next to Bobby “Slick” Leonard.
