I do not think the southland conference has the wherewithal to keep up with the team from Brookings. I think the Rabbits will ace the test and give the southland conference another L. When it comes down to football, this reporter likes the Missouri Valley and the Big 10, due to Purdue and Indiana. The southland conference will have no chance against the Missouri Valley conference and their opponent SDSU. Now when you look at some of the key components, they come down to who will execute the game plan the best. The Missouri Valley is strong in the brand of football that they represent on the field. Even though the green and gold are not present this year, I still give the rascally rabbits the edge. SDSU has never laid claim to a national championship trophy, unlike the boys from Fargo. The boys from Fargo needed time off so they could look ahead to next season and make another national championship run. Matt Entz could not execute the game plan like the Bearkats. Obviously, if you watched film on the Bison, you know that their pedigree breeds national championships. Now it’s time for NDSU to sit back and watch another Valley team go after the crown.
