Detroit, Michigan. The Tigers were on their A game on Wednesday afternoon. They were going for the two game sweep of the Milwaukee Brewers, and due to the art of pitching, they got it. The final score was Motor City 4, Brewers 1. The win went to Matt Manning, and the save went to Michael Fulmer who tko’ed the Brewers in two innings of relief. Dustin Garneau hit a home run and knocked in two runs. The Tigers are now 70-76 on the year. They will take on the Rays in orange juice land for four games beginning Thursday night at the Trop. The Tigers are hoping to sweep the Rays out to sea following a 4-1 home stand.
