The post season doesn’t involve the Minnesota Twins, but it does involve the Detroit Tigers and the Cleveland Guardians. The Tigers have been one of the most pleasant surprises on the season. They have been one of the best throughout the season, and the Guardians have a first round bye, along with the New York Yankees, who clinched the American League East. In the National League, it’s the Milwaukee Brewers who can brew trouble for anybody who has plans to represent the NL in the post season. Atlanta and the New York Mets will play a double header today on ESPN at noon, for the right to go to the playoffs. The Tigers will begin post season play on Tuesday at Minute Maid Orange Juice Park in Houston for a best of three series.
