The Bismarck Bobcats have pushed the Austin Bruins into the Cedar River, and now they set their sights on the Rochester Junior Americans. They will play a three game series against them beginning Friday at 4 at the Fogerty Ice Arena in Blaine, Minnesota. The Bobcats have one trophy in their possession, and are eyeing the North American Hockey League’s oldest trophy, the Robertson Cup. The Bobcats have been unstoppable throughout the playoffs, and I expect nothing less than a Robertson Cup championship out of Garrett Roth and the bunch from Bismarck. But the Junior Americans are eyeing the same thing, so it’s going to be a war, a war that the Bobcats have won so far. Thomas Anderson is going to have to be on his best game, or we might lose. Matthew Rafalski is going to have to rest up, so he and the boys can win the war against the Junior Americans. I think the Bobcats are a better team than the Americans, and I predict they will win.
