When jeremiahboyce.com sat down on Wednesday with Bobcat Head Cat Garrett Roth, we asked him to give us a preview of their next opponent, the Austin Bruins. Coach Roth said that the Bruins are a veteran team and they will be a good test for the champs. When asked how he installs a game plan for the Bruins, he said the Bobcats have to play their style and play fast, and that the team has been jelling for four weeks. When we asked him about raising the championship banner on Friday night, Roth said there will be flashbacks of past achievements, but it will not affect the game on the ice. He said the Bobcats will have three tough foes to battle in the NAHL Showcase, which will be held at the NSC Super Rink in Blaine, Minnesota September 24-27.
