I told you what I thought the Montreal Canadiens would have to do to make the Vegas Golden Knights and coach Peter DeBoer uncomfortable, and boy, did they ever. Las Vegas was out of sorts and out of commission because the Canadiens followed my advice to a T. My advice was that Carey Price had better be on his game, and he only allowed one goal last night, while Marc-Andre Fleury melted underneath the pressure of being able to give his teammates a three games to two lead. They say that the fifth game is always harder to get because the team that is trailing three games to two is hanging on by their fingernails, and trying to stave off summer. That’s what Vegas will face in Centre Bell on Thursday. The Montreal press is hard to understand if you don’t know French, but they are unrelenting when it comes to their hockey team. As for the game, here are my three keys for the Canadiens. Keep Jonathan Marchessault away from Mr. Price, make them hurt, and score every chance you get. One more key, make sure you don’t fumble away the vulcanized rubber.
